After a tranquil stay at Bidgee Motor Inn's Sam's Cottage, I found respite in the serene surroundings. The spacious layout, with three bedrooms and a well-equipped kitchen, made it a perfect retreat. The staff's local dining suggestions, notably the Crown Pub's excellent fare, enhanced the experience. Their consideration for our caravan parking and pet-friendly policy were thoughtful touches.The comfortable bed and complimentary cooked breakfast were highlights. Compared to my recent Melbourne stay, Bidgee's warmth and comfort surpassed expectations. The attention to detail, from rolled towels to day/night blinds, reflected a commitment to guest comfort.As a travel connoisseur, the hotel's spa services and peaceful ambiance were truly rejuvenating. The secluded garden terrace offered a glimpse of Sandy Point's tranquillity, reminiscent of relaxing under old river red gums. The leisure facilities, such as the seawater pool and sun deck, added to the luxurious experience without overwhelming the natural serenity.
